I am a family nurse practitioner with 14 years of experience in primary care. I completed my training to be a Family Nurse Practitioner at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, Additionally, I hold a bachelors degree in public health nutrition and a doctorate in human nutrition from Kansas State University. My areas of interest include medical-nutritional care integration for patients of all types, including athletes and persons who have been diagnosed with eating disorders.

I specialize in supporting individuals with active lifestyles who are focused on optimizing their health. My expertise extends to providing primary care for those with restrictive eating disorders, binge eating, ARFID, and athletes navigating recovery from RED-S, formerly known as the female athlete triad. I am committed to treating men and women of all ages and addressing a variety of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic illnesses.

Having grown up in North Bend, OR, I love living in Eugene and the proximity to both the mountains and the ocean, which fuel my passion for outdoor activities. In my personal time, I enjoy long runs and practicing yoga, as well as cozying up with my puppy and a book.
